Description: Seven, for the finest dining in Provo, at Seven Stars Resort, our contemporary island cuisine is anchored in the rich culinary traditions of the Turks & Caicos Islands. From fresh local seafood like conch and Caicos lobster to seasonings that echo the island's once vibrant salt-mining industry, the ingredients we gather represent a modern day quest for farm to fork goodness. Elegant yet thoroughly approachable, Seven is modern island cuisine wrapped in reverence for time honored techniques and tradition. Join us and discover why Seven shines above all others.

“Sophisticated dining”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 3, 2013

We went here twice as the food, wine and service were first rate. We dined on the covered terrace each time and felt we were greeted warmly and looked after personally each time. Soft shell crab tempura and seared scallops with bacon and patch were superb starters. Roasted red snapper and Rum Butter Lobster were brilliant mains. Even the ice creams and sorbets had more creaminess and flavour than usual. A thoroughly recommended quality restaurant.

“Loved it!”

The ambiance and service were perfect. The portobella ravioli was exceptional! This was the best hotel restaurant I have ever eaten at. Hope to go back :)

“Fabulous”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 24, 2013 via mobile

We walked in without reservations and were seated immediately. It is off season and plenty of room. Started with the beef carpaccio and sea scallops, they both were delicious.

The veal ossobuco with risotto melted in my mouth and was outstanding. The pearl barley risotto with butternut squash was yummy.

We had the key lime pie which was three 2 bite pieces which was just enough sweet at the end of the meal for two of us to split.

Overall it was a very good dining experience. The bill was $175 before tip. All hotel restaurants add 10% service charge which is pooled for all hotel employees. Tip is on top of that. Pricey (like all in Turks) but good.

“4 1/2 stars. 2nd favorite restaurant on the island!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 21, 2013

Great! Located at the Seven Stars Resort. My husband and I were seated outdoors in the back, very quiet and romantic.
The food was delicious. The service was probably the best we have ever experienced. We started with the soft shell crab tempura and yellow fin tuna tar tar - excellent. I had the rum lobster which was great, lots of flavor.
Husband had the Veal Ossobucco, and he was extremely pleased, since that is a tough dish to master.
This was our second favorite restaurant on the island, 1st was Coco Bistro.
Would definitely recommend!

“Restaurant for a special occassion.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 18, 2013

This was a great evening. We had been eating at some great restaurants on the island and happened upon Seven (we were there during the slow season and many restaurants were closed so we decided to give Seven a try. Typically we shy away from "hotel" restaurants). This place was different than the other great restaurants on the island (Le Bouchon, Coco Bistro). It was indoors, reserved, very classy and the food was top notch too. I wouldn't miss this restaurant if you have the $$$$$. Try it all, appetizers, wine, dessert and their varied entrees.

Our only issue was our server seemed unfamiliar with serving at this quality a restaurant. He forgot to get a drink that was ordered, couldn't find the pepper grinder and wasn't as attentive as he should have been for this caliber of restaurant. BUT the restaurant manager was there to pick up the slack. When you pay this kind of $$ you want top dollar service to go with it.
