We went there to have a special dinner celebration for my 49th birthday. We review endlessly TA for good places to eat and finally made a decision on Seven. It is a more "formal" type of restaurant in Provo, but it still layback and a very relaxed atmosphere.
The ambiance in the Restaurant is superb, Ian, the Manager at my Resort, called and gave them a heads up we were going to be a bit late and also told them it was my birthday. We we arrive to Seven Allan, the maitre, took us in and put us in a very special place on the yard with tiki torches and offered us a glass of Champagne as a gift for my celebration.
The people at the restaurant were very friendly and offered a great service, they pampered us and offered suggestions on the wine, and food that were right on the money.
If you ever go there I suggest to try the Tiger Shrimp, simply a great dish, and don't pass the opportunity to try the coconut creme brûlée, it is one of the best ones I've tasted (including the ones tasted in Barcelona, Spain).
All in all, when visiting TCI, take time to have dinner at this restaurant.
To Allan, thanks for your excellence service and suggestions, they made up for a very lovely dinner, one that I will remember for a very long time.
