“Hits the spot for morning coffee”
Reviewed February 28, 2013

We stopped here every morning for coffee to begin our day. We liked the open-air atmosphere. There were plenty of tables outside and the grounds are kept pretty nicely. There is a TV if you need your news fix. The same woman works behind the counter and she works really hard. She is nice and helpful if you have questions about the island. We felt the owners could have given her some help because it's a lot to ask one person to work the counter and clean the tables and most mornings they were dirty from the night before and there were plenty of beer bottles lying around. Despite this, we didn't feel like the place was dirty, just that it needed better upkeep. The coffee is good though, they give it to you in a Starbucks mug lol. A little expensive but where else can you get a latte in Turtle Cove? The pastries look like the same things you buy at IGA, so save your money. We didn't try any of the other food but they have an extensive menu for quick and simple lunches and dinners.

“Another nice find in Turtle Bay”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

After snorkeling at Turtle Bay great place for coffee, smoothies, and snacks. Smoothies were outstanding and refreshing after an hour in the water and hot sun. Cool place serving Starbucks coffee if this is important to you.
Nice setting and good shade coverage for relaxing out of the sun. A west coast feel about the place. Partnered with a bike rental place in Grace Bay where we rented good Trek bikes for the day.

“Good coffee, great for breakfast and lunch.”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

Opens 07:30, closes 18:30. A tourist mag says there is a happy hour Wed-Fri 16:30-18:30, but the cafe says not!
What it does do is provide good coffee (Starbucks roast) and a very imaginative menu which apart from the usual breakfast items, provides wraps, burgers, burritos and salads including a build your own version. American breakfast was $9. Single espresso $2.25.
We were staying in Turtle Cove Marina, so this became our regular breakfast spot and we also had a very pleasant lunch there. It is licensed.
Food and drinks are ordered at the till; drinks are picked up at the counter and food is brought to the table.
Green Bean has a "coffee card" where 10 stamps gets the next one "on da house"

“great tropical coffee shop”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

We noticed coffee shops are not a thing on this island, so we were happy to find Green Bean Cafe while on a bike ride, The lady who waited on us, was so happy it was our first trip to Grace Bay, and shared some details about the island, and showed us all the products in the shop, and invited us to come back. Very friendly, and we loved the open aired, tropical and welcoming seating areas, and my husband enjoyed the starbucks coffee they served, and i found a great tasting energy, vitamin sparkling water i loved. They also serve sandwiches, and main dishes, and desserts. Was a wonderful stopping place to relax!
