“Worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2012

We stoppd in 3 years ago and were much happier with the food and atmosphere. I felt that it is slipping a little. There was a lot of staff visiting with each other (and maybe their friends), so it did not have the same feel. The ipad menus were a bit of a gimmick. The food was still very good and I would stop if you are in the mood for Asian cuisine. Not the best I have ever had, but definitely worth a visit.

“Nothing special”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 20, 2012

As the title suggests, this place is nothing special. All or most of the fish here is frozen and the sushi has a lot of rice. It's not bad having frozen fish, but I expected some sort of fresh fish being as this is a tropical island, but when I asked he staff, they stated that only sometimes the tuna is fresh. Also, expect to see island prices and an interesting twist on the traditional dishes such as the udon.

“Good Sushi at Decent Prices”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 11, 2012

We went to this restaurant a couple times on our trip, and it was a very good and consistent experience each time. The sushi is not out-of-this-world by any means, but it is very good. Based on the island standard, the prices are good and comparable. The place was very busy whenever we went (which is good and bad), so be aware that it may not be a quick walk-in experience. The only knock is that the service was pretty average. There would be long periods of time between seeing the server. It wasn't bad enough for us to stop going, but it could possibly be annoying.

“Cute place, excellent sushi”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 27, 2012

We came here for my birthday last week from recommendation that this was the best sushi on the island; we were not dissapointed. You order your foods on ipads (how cool is that?) and definitley sit outside, its so beautiful in Turks & Caicos at night. The service is "eh" by American standards (you have to flag down someone each time you want something) but the food makes up for it. Try the spicy tuna roll with crunch...AMAZING. It is terribly overpriced but I guess they can get away with it since its the only sushi place pretty much on the island. This should be a special occasion place, IMO.

Dear Guest

thank you for reviewing trip adviser, we will improve our service asap, about price at my restaurant we buy most of ingredients are import. we have to pay custom each items, 30%-40% plus shipping cost. that's why price is higher than USA.

I really appreciated your review pointed out our weakness, we hope that you will come back to Turks & Caicos for next vacation. if you came back to us, you will see our improvement.

we hope that you had great time our island.

thank you for choosing us!
