Our mid week excursion was a sunset (wine & cheese) sailboat cruise with the local group called Sail Provo, another last minute idea that worked out fantastically. We met up with several couples and young newlyweds at Walkin Marina, had a relaxing 30 min cruise up the coast, and a 3 hour sail back; as the sun set majestically in the west. The crew served a spread of cheese and crackers, red or white wine, and of course more rum punch. The evening was wonderfully warm with a light breeze, Caribbean music playing, and the Captain telling tales of hurricanes and Haitian refugees trying to make their way to the US. We all enjoyed each others company and hearing about our respective lives and jobs back in the real world, and hated to see the night end as the catamaran dropped us off beachside at our condo one more time.
