My husband and I just returned from a 6-day stay at HCV. If you've read the reviews, one theme should be clear: Barry & Marta are very sweet and good hosts. It is like staying with family; they do everything a hotel concierge would normally do but with a lot more of a personal touch i.e. getting recommendations from their friends on the island, booking restaurants, excursions and activities, and giving directions anywhere you want to go. We were there when Sandy hit our hometown of NYC and were stranded a few extra days as a result, and they were so sweet and easygoing about it. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the vibe is truly private and peaceful.

HCV is on the south side of the island, decidedly less touristy and quiet. It is not directly on the beach but its a very short drive--you should definitely rent a car if you are staying here as many restaurants and beaches are on the north side and you will end up spending more money if you take taxis. Many of the resorts on T&C are very luxurious and posh, and HCV has much more of a simple bed & breakfast feel. This was exactly what we were looking for because we wanted to escape the noise and stimulation of our city lives.

Hearty thanks to Barry & Marta for being patient with our neuroses and giving us such a lovely place to hang out hat during our trip!

We stayed with Marta and Barry for the first time last September (2011) and decided to come back and have our wedding on the island this year. This time the whole family is staying with us at the Harbour Club and we couldn't be more thrilled about it. The villas are beautifully located between two marinas, the rooms were super clean, we were also happy to see a private pool we could use during night. Marta and Barry are wonderful hosts with great connections and local knowledge about the island. Great place to stay on the island!

Just got back from my honeymoon in Turks and Caicos. My wife and I found the Harbour Club via tripadvisor, and everybody was spot on about Barry and Marta! We had such an amazing trip! We rented a car from Scooter Bob, and spent the week exploring the island with guidance from Barry and Marta. Being the off-season time, we waited to set up all excursions until we got there, based on Marta's advise, and it worked out perfectly. They had so many delicious recommendations for food, and of course each place also had spectacular views! We were lucky enough to be the only people staying at the villas during this particular week, so it was like we had our own private pool, and our own private concierge's. The Villa's were clean, and had everything we would need. It was great to have regular towels and beach towels, fridge, stove, grill by the pool, LCD tv (we didn't watch any), and even access to kayaks and snorkel gear. We loved having access to everything on the island with a rental, yet we were able to get away from everything as well. They're in a great spot, its a great island, and they're awesome hosts!

We just returned from a three week Caribbean vacation, which included a week back at Turks and Caicos. We can't imagine staying anyplace else BUT Harbour Club Villas, as Barry and Marta help make our vacation every time we are there. As usual, the rooms were spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we could possibly need (including REAL beach towels that are as soft and good-smelling as my mother's, and thermal mugs for keeping drinks hot or cold). The pool was a welcome relief from the hot afternoon sun. We dove with Flamingo Divers, and they are a short couple minute walk down at the marina, so it was very easy every day getting to and from the dive boat. Barry and Marta are such accommodating hosts - they truly have made this our "home away from home"!

Room Tip: There isn't a bad room in the site

We just came back from a lovely stay in the Turks and Caicos, (besides the bad luck with weather) no fault of Barry or Marta, our trip was at the very least excellent. This place was very clean and well kept, and Marta and Barry made fabulous recommendations on places to go and see. It's the perfect holiday escape without having to feel like you are getting sucked into a tourist trap. It's not massive like all the other resorts on the island so it give you that lovely quaint home feeling. You can also cook for yourself and there is a great BBQ provided by the pool. There are kayaks that you can take out which are a lot of fun, and a lovely walk up a little hill to watch the sunset. The whole place gave you a feeling of relaxation and belonging and I don't think any of us left with a single complaint. Would highly recommend this place ,especially if you like to avoid overly touristy retreats! 10 out of 10 !

This was my first trip to the Caribbean with my wife, a birthday celebration as we both turned 50. In short, we had a great time, no regrets. The villas are very neat and clean and have the "feel" of the islands. As everyone else has stated, Barry and Marta are great host. They gave us plenty of tips each day on out of the way places to visit and eat. We grilled burgers one night by the pool and had a great dinner with Barry and Marta. As soon as our dog digs up the bag of money buried in the back yard, we'll be back.
One tip, as you turn off Leeward highway onto Venetian the road gets kinda rough on trip to Villas. We found it to be a lot more fun and less bumpy if you drive fast and skip off the tops of the potholes!!! Enjoy

All of the prior reviews are right on the money. Marta and Barry are the most wonderful hosts. When we arrived, Marta gave me a big hug and Barry was there shaking my husband's hand. I never felt like I was alone in a a foreign country. They helped us with all of our questions.

During our stay, we had dinner at several of the large hotels located on Grace Bay. We noticed lots of screaming kids, and parents screaming at the kids. If you stay at the Harbour Club, you have your own cottage, which is quiet and secluded. It is so peaceful on the property, with plenty of parking very close of your room.

Everyday we had fresh flowers in our room. There were ample towels. We did five days of scuba diving and this location was excellent. The dive shop is very close. If you stay in town, and bus will pick you up along with all of the other snorklers, and divers. Being so close, you can drive or walk to the boat pick up. Marta will also arrange all of the diving. We went with Cacios Divers and had a wonderful time. Expect to see reef sharks on every dive.

There is an IGA grocery story very close, and with the full size refrigerator in the villa, it made it nice to bring home some snacks. We popped popcorn several nights. There is also a grill available if you want to grill out. Nothing is missing.

Since Barry and Marta were such great hosts, I had a tear in my eye when it came to say our good byes. We had a great trip, and absolutely love the villas and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Provo.

Room Tip: This hotels is very quiet.
