My sisters and I stayed at Ports of Call and were treated like queens! The staff made us feel at home. Special mention goes to Kendra, the manager, and Evelyne at the reception desk. Our room was nicely appointed, clean, and modern. The grounds are beautifully kept. It is just a short walk to the beach (5 minutes), the supermarket, Ports of Call shopping center with restaurants, dive shop, souvenirs, bike rental, etc. There is also a complimentary ride on a golf cart to/from the beach on the hour. At the beach, umbrellas rent for $8 USD per day (until 5 pm). Lounge chairs are complimentary.
We liked Grace Bay and the hotel so much, one of my sisters is already going back with her whole family in August!
Ports of Call Resort, best kept secret, not on the beach, but close enough!

We stayed in the hotel in April of 2013. My family and I stayed in two separate apartments, as there wasn’t any on the same floor, with the view facing the well-kept garden. The room cleaning was really good and mostly done by the mornings, since I usually came back from the beach to have lunch and my room was usually already clean. The breakfast is good, not the best one, that when you arrive early, more or less by eight. Arriving later means seeing no food as there almost isn’t a replacement to the pastry or yogurt. Another important notice concerning the breakfast: they limit one yogurt per person and there are few, so arrive early to enjoy the day and the food.
The hotel’s reception area is carefree and well organized, with a nice open area around the pool and the bar with many tables, sun bathing chairs, where we had our lunch and dinner with food both at the supermarket less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The food the market is better than any that we had in the restaurants, specially the pizza that is made every day after 7 pm in a traditional pizza wood oven. The beach, even if it isn't near the hotel, is really close, and we went every by foot, even if the hotel has a nice system of transport to the beach every half an hour and a place in the entrance of the beach with chairs and towels. It was a great option for a quick and relaxing family vacation in Providenciales, as we only stayed 4 nights. Even if the hotel isn’t in front of the breath taking beach, it was a really good choice. I recommend.

Thank you. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. Your comments re the breakfast are appreciated. As one of the lowest priced, and in our opinion, best valued options for accomodations in Providenciales we have to limit what we serve for our free breakfast. That said we have plans to expand our breakfast offerings starting next season and hope you have the opportunity to return and stay with us again.

We have a great vacation experience in Turks and caicos, the location of the hotel is in the center, very convenient, a walking distance to the bank and groceries, a walking distance to shopping stores, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend "Ports of Call", staff are very friendly, breakfast is good, i enjoy staying in the hotel, very clean, has a very reasonable price for room and i would like to thank Ms. Kendra and Martin for being so helpful with us while we are staying on the hotel.

The Pool and other facilities are great, you can play table tennis and billiard. And you can wash your clothes on their laundry room. Me and my fiancee will definitely go back to this hotel.

Safe, simple, clean and good value. Thoses are the words that come to my mind thinking at our one week spent at Ports of Call Resort.

Even though the hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach, I like the overall position amongst key areas in Providenciales: 5 minutes walk to Grace Bay, IGA deli market is just across the street, Avis Rental - an excellent office to rent a small car is a few minutes away.
I would return here considering the good value/price report.

This hotel is situated in walking distance from the beach, it is near shops (try the delights at the french bakery), restaurants and ice creameries and salons (Nadia Spa is excellent value for beauty services). The rooms are great and fairly priced in comparison to surrounding hotels. Pool and facilities are in great condition. But it's the staff at this hotel who enriched our stay in Grace Bay. A big thank you to Evelyn and Martin at reception for fixing any issue or concern we had during our 12 night stay and for all their suggestions on eating and adventuring on the island. A special mention to Tristan and Daniel who sorted the sun lounges and beach umbrellas (and rides to the beach if required) and also to Charles in the kitchen who brought smiles to our faces each morning.

Room Tip: Our room faced the pool and had a balcony - the cheaper rooms had a garden view and no balcony. Stay...

After 10 beautiful days in TCI I can't say enough about the cheerful staff at Ports of Call. Everyone was friendly and helpful. An added bonus was meeting the owners were there and we became friends. The rooms are bargain when compared to other prices, clean and comfortable. We only had one glitch when part of the island lost power and it was corrected. An added bonus is the location. A gourmet grocery store is 2 blocks away and shops and restaurants & bars are across the street. We will definitely return.
I cannot forget Drive Pro…the purpose of the trip. A first class professional dive operation took us to great sites. We ever swam with dolphins during our dive interval. The staff is fantastic diving and always willing to share their joy of diving. Thank you Allan, Clair, Jo, Thorson, Debbie, Nives and the other DMs.

Be sure to go Bugaloos for the best conch fritters in the world and the “Fish Fry” on Thursday night.

Only one word of caution…we were depressed for several days after returning home and missing water and palm trees on TCI.

Ports of Call is a great place to stay. It is reasonably priced, wonderful service from the staff, (especially the front desk staff (Martin helped us out several times) are always helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make the holiday great). Watson the bartender is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have refridgerators for keeping drinks cool. The garden and landscaping is beautifully kept. The location is great, near Grace Bay and restaurants and shopping. Definitely a place I'd come back to.
