We found it difficult to find businesses in Grace Bay that had reasonable prices and were not completely catering to wealthy tourists who have little real interest in getting to know the local culture. This inn was a pleasure to return to each evening after getting gouged too many days for food, recreation, etc on the island. Our upstairs patio room was clean, comfortable, with nice king sized bed, a shower with great pressure/hot water, a little fridge in the room, ability to regulate temperature to suit using the ceiling fan and air conditioning. There was a sense of privacy on our balcony with all the foliage, and we enjoyed petting the friendly and clean little kitty who visited us each evening during our Happy Hour on the balcony. Wen is a gem - she works very hard to make each guest feel comfortable in whatever way she can. Carmen in the bar downstairs is a great cook who clearly pays special attention to each meal she prepares. Getting the room with breakfast package (i.e. eggs, breakfast meat, fruit, juice, coffee and pastry) was a good choice, as it eliminates the need to go in search of food in the morning. Highly recommend.

Just around the corner from the beach , close enough to the little shops and many different restaurants .We stayed here from Christmas through January 5Th and didn't want to leave !!!
An amazing little place ,friendly , fun and we felt home right away as the staff is so sweet and helpful ! Down to earth and relaxing , exactly what i needed! Love love love...

Room Tip: We had a room with a little patio by the pool side on the bottom floor and a little path from our room to the pool , loved it !

Nice, comfortable and practical in one of the best area of Providenciales. Walking distance from Grace Bay, one of the most beautiful beach of Island, and from the best restaurants. It is a cosy Hotel and you will feel like you're spending a vacation among friends. Very good value as the other hotels around cost the double and are rather impersonal to the contrary of this one where Jean Luc, Wen, Mario and Carmen will assure your needs to be taken care of and a friendly warm atmosphe Hope to go back soon!

We stayed here through a Groupon voucher and loved every minute of it. The room was large and comfortable and having a small patio was wonderful. Bathrooms could use a little updating (showers specifically) but none the less, it was fantastic! We saved a ton of money by staying just a 3 minute from the beach and they provided chairs and towels as well.
Wen took care of arranging a great snorkeling tour for us as well. We'd definitely come back here!

If you are into a cozy and quaint hotel this is the one for you. Wen, at the front desk, and the owner Jean Luc, make you feel at home and attend to your needs the moment you arrive. Great breakfast on the patio, with the most beautiful beach you have ever seen a few minute walk away! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the poolside area is clean, landscaped beautifully and great for quiet reading and taking in the sun! You can enjoy sitting on your own patio or balcony with a drink and watch the palm trees sway in the breeze. We have been there 2 times and plan on returning soon. Great dining within walking distance. Great value also, as most hotels in the area are 3 or 4 times the price. I asked for a job at the hotel, so I could stay forever!!
