You can take an excursion by a boat to get there or ferry boat and walk. It has a great beach! We had a 4' sting ray come right up to us. Great for swimming. There is no shade though, or food, so be prepared if you want to stay there for a few hours.

Can only be reached by boat. We did a great trip with Shoreline Adventures, which included a stop at this island. The iguanas are great to watch.

One of our favorite things we did. Caicos Cruisin' at the Ferry station took us over and came back an hour later for us. Cost $40 each. What a deal! We were the only people on the place and saw Iguana after Iguana.

We rented kayaks from Big Blue Unlimited and spent some time meandering around in some lovely mangrove "groves" before heading out to Little Water Cay. The kayaking got a little rough in spots (significant winds/wake), but the island was off-the-charts great. We saw lots and lots of iguanas and walked around to the north side and hung out in a little gazebo in a very pretty spot. For most of our time on the island, we were the only people there and it was amazingly tranquil and lovely. Definitely worth the trip!

We drove to the tip of the island trying to find a boat place to take us to Little Water Cay and after driving for a bit we found Big Blue. I suggest you find the tour company that you want to use before heading here - don't just drive to the marina on Google Maps because its not that easy.

We rented a tandem Kayak from big blue ($20/hr) but be aware that they close at 5pm so give yourself enough time to see the island and be back before 5. It only took about 20 minutes to kayak there but my boyfriend paddled the whole time so plan for 20-35 minutes each way.

I love lizards so this was great for me! They are not scared of ppl so you can see them pretty close up. We saw at least 20 lizards. If you have snorkel gear I suggest snorkeling at the beach on the other side of the island. It is $5 to get on the island.
