Great service and great people. We had a great time and we will definitely return.
The accomodations and service were superb.
We met Emmanuel Duncanson by the pool / beach. He was so terrific and so helpful!

This hotel is beyond our expectations. Our family knew we were going to a resort but wow did the accomodations and the Grace Bay beach views blow us away! We felt like millionnaires! The suite was luxurious with a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Heavenly beds and showers with a view of the beach. It was hard to come home! The staff is very attentive and makes you feel like you are only person they are attending to. The General Manager of the property makes his rounds and introduces himself. That was very impressive. I can't say that that has happened at any other vacation hotel we've stayed at. Kudos to attentive service! The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food choices that please the adults and also the finiky teenagers. We especially enjoyed the warm greeting Sherlyne gave us each morning when she made the most spectacular fully & delicious omelets! I wish we could take her home with us! Berg, our personal concerige also took good care of us arranging a fabulous snorkel trip on the Island Vibes boat and dinner reservations around town. We also enjoyed all of the sports equipment available for use on the beach. The teenagers loved learning to paddleboard, using the kayak and going out on the Hobie Cats. After a fun day at the beach the teenagers also discovered their new favorite passtime...the afternoon tea & snacks provided. The kids want to continue this tradition at home. Grace Bay provided an enjoyable relaxing atomosphere for our vacation and we made some great memories there.

Location is clean, luxurious, and comfortable. I highly recommend based on location to the beach
, restaurants, casino, and many activities. Quality food on the property. Several nice restaurants within walking distance as well. Leave time to have cocktails at the resort on the longest bar in the Caribbean. K

My husband and I had wonderful time celebrating our honeymoon at Grace Bay Club. While the property and beach are beautiful, it's the staff truly makes this place special! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and quick to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your trip is amazing. I can't say enough about our wonderful concierges Jasmine and Franklin who helped us make reservations and provided restaurant recommendations while we were there. They even checked in to make sure we were ok when we hadn't called with any requests! We can't wait to plan our next trip to Grace Bay!

Beautiful property with beautiful views right on the beach. Our one bedroom suite in the Villa's was very well appointed. There is not a lot to do for teenage kids right on the premises but our personal concierge Vernon did an excellent job arranging different excusions for us.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. The service is not the quickest but everyone was very nice. You have to visit Rachel at the pool bar. she is very nice and makes a great rum punch.

I am afraid I cannot share the enthusiasm of other travelers about this property. I normally stay at properties listed with Small Luxury Hotels of the World or Leading Hotels of the World and was never disappointed with any of their listings but this was definitely a miss. I found the resort to be most definitely overpriced. Housekeeping was most appalling, our room was hardly cleaned (we had to draw the attention of the chamber maid twice) and the staircase to our 2nd floor room was just plain filthy. Service was approximative at best particularly at the restaurants and beach. Vegetarians and people with food allergies beware, there is very little simpathy or flexibility in the kitchen. Please note that TWICE during our 5 nights stay we were pretty much kicked out of the beach area at 15:00 as the staff had to set up for a PRIVATE BBQ to be held on those evenings. Breakfast is messy and again personnel is inadequate and disattentive so do not be surprised if you have to wait 20 minutes for a pot of tea. The gym is small but functional. I cannot be the only one to think that it is shameful that such an establishment has room service shutting down at 22:00 !

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to relay your disappointment with your recent visit to Grace Bay Club. Every guest’s experience is important to us as we strive for the finest in service and facilities. Unfortunately, during your stay, we apparently fell short of our goals and your expectations. For this I apologize.

Regarding the private beach barbecue, it is not normal practice for our staff to request that guests leave the beach when we are setting up for events. On the day of a private beach function we begin set-up at 4pm and do so in a way that we do not disturb guests nor ask guests to leave. We sincerely apologize for what you experienced.

We have never received any complaints from our guests regarding room service’s hours of operation. Whenever a guest request meals afterhours we are always happy to accommodate them even if it means going off property to do so.

Your comments have been forwarded to the appropriate managers and staff for review and action. I can assure you that what you experienced was the exception and not the rule, as you can see in other Trip Advisor comments, we always strive for the best. Our service goals are to anticipate guest needs and to be responsive to those needs on a timely basis.

We value you as a guest and welcome the opportunity to serve you again.

Thoughtful feedback is a gift and we thank you for your input. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Grace Bay Club at some time in the future.

Warm regards,

Thierry Grandsire
General Manager

I had the best experience at GBC! Special mention to one of the most attentive, helpful, and genuinely devoted beach/pool attendants - Emmanuel Duncanson. He was integral in making my experience the best ever! He wasn't overbearing at all and always seemed to know what I needed and when I needed it :) Above and beyond my expectations!
