This bay was pretty but Taylor Bay, right down the road, is a little nicer (and had fewer people the day we visited). The floor of the Bay here was a bit mushy in lots of places and I didn't enjoy that. The road, as another visitor mentioned, is incredibly rocky and pitted with holes. We rented a clown car while on the islands and I was terrified that the bike tires on the car would pop. Amazingly, they did not. Just go SLOWLY. Worth a visit, but also visit Taylor Bay.

We saw all kinds of sea life here from a sting ray, starfish and lots of fish. The twisted doc gives the bay charm. The beach was not crowded at all with two other couples in front of their private homes. A great place for a romantic beach walk and just relax with a book.

I was convinced that our tires would be flat before reaching this beach, but they survived! The unpaved, rocky road leading up to this beach was a little stressful, but my stress melted away after seeing how beautiful this beach was.

Look for a tiny green sign saying "Sapodilla". Blink and you will miss it. At first you will think, this can't be the road right. Surprise! It is...luckily it's only about a quarter mile long.

There is a really cool pier in the background (neat for pics) and warm shallow water. Must see!

Sapodilla Bay is absolutely my favorite beach on Providenciales. The beach is quiet and calm with turquoise water and white sands. It is such a hidden treasure :)
