There's a reason I didn't rank this restaurant with a better review, the food was WAY too fancy and there wasn't enough of it! The ambiance was stunning, that I would give 5 stars. It's outdoors, facing a beautiful garden area, and the table was set beautifully, etc. Unfortunately, the dinner was super expensive (which most places are down there but this was even more) and the portions were very small. It was good, but they just try to be too fancy with their presentation. Give me substance!!! My husband is a big guy and left there hungry :(

Wait staff was pleasant, and again, the ambiance was beautiful. I just couldn't get past the price and the small portions.

We have eaten here several times over the last week and we enjoyed every meal. The butternut squash ravioli are wonderful! The chocolate lava cake is amazing.
We must say the waitstaff here is the best on the island.
The only complaint is the other night the had a large group that they were accommodating so it delayed our service and food we spent 3 hours there don't get us wrong we enjoy fine dinning and taking our time and they absolutely do not rush you but 3 hours was over the top. The food again was great you will not be disappointed matter of fact this may be the best restaurant.

We tried Parallel23 last night and found it to be excellent for menu choice, setting ( gorgeous ) and service. However there were just a few minor issues that prevent me from giving this 5/5.
Mainly the complaints are all wine related!!
Three of our party were drinking red wine, we ordered an excellent bottle of Italian Tuscan Wine, vintage 2008. We were brought 2009!! We brought this to attention and. We're immediately given 2008. One guest ordered a glass of white wine which was WARM, this was sent back and after 10 mins a cold glass of wine was brought. I love a desert wine with my desert but there was no choice at all.
The food and setting is truly wonderful and would recommend it highly .

This place is comparable to the finest restaurants in NYC. The ambiance is romantic, the service impeccable, and the food divine. Ingo Mooler, the Executive Chef is a culinary genius. Some of my favorites were Pan Seared Jumbo scallops, spinach truffle risoot, saffron foam and grilled sparagus and the tuna tartar. For dessert I had Berries Five Ways. Absolutely divine! Chef Moller belongs in NYC!

We've been to this restaurant many times over the years. So much that it's always required dining each trip.

Something has changed, and not for the better. We were expecting similar menu to the past, or at least compared to the samples published in all the magazines. When we finally settled on a dish, we were disappointed as it was no longer as amazing as it was in the past.

Add in a low-personality staff and a sweaty manager (you CAN look professional without the sport coat) with an odd sense of humor and we'll skip this one in the future. What a shame, and expensive mistake.
