“Beautiful setting under the palm trees”
Reviewed April 30, 2014 via mobile

Coco Bistro offers a beautiful dining experience outside under the trees. Service is spot on and the menu offers a very good variety. I thoroughly enjoyed the conch soup with potatoes and garlic and the shrimp tacos. The homemade ice cream....coconut sorbet and mint chocolate chip are fantastic. My biggest disappointment was the cocktails. My mojito was horrible....tasted like medicine and my second attempt at a cocktail - the Deliciosotini - was equally as bad. I'm giving Coco Bistro 4 stars for food and service and 0 stars for its cocktails. One highlight of the night - a friendly visit from Coco the house cat. Sweet little fur baby. Be sure to make a reservation.

“The best restaurant on the island”
Reviewed April 30, 2014

This was the best restaurant on the island. Please please please I advise to get reservations to this place. We were lucky enough to come without reservations.... 30 minutes before the kitchen closed (9:30) however they still accommodated us with no problem at all. The conch two ways ceviche was mouthwatering and delicious. My girlfriend had the salmon and I had the 16oz angus steak. WOW!!!!! The steak was so well made and taste even better. Great atmosphere and staff. Maria was a great waitress.

“Paradise in paradise”
Reviewed April 28, 2014

While in TCI, this is THE reservation to get, and a difficult one at that, so please plan ahead. The place was packed, but we never felt crowded. You sit outside in the middle of a coconut tree farm - it's a gorgeous yet casual setting. There was a group of us, so we were able to try different things on the menu and every last bit of it was delicious!! You absolutely must try the Conch 2 ways app. Have a drink at the lounge area - it's a great way to kick off or end your dinner. Not sure if it's because we were a group of girls, but the manager came out to greet us, which is always a very nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

“Unreal original good in the quintessential Caribbean setting”
Reviewed April 27, 2014 via mobile

I've eaten all over the world and I've never been in such a beautiful setting with service and food to match the quality surroundings! One should consider ordering two appetizers instead of a main as they are sublime and creatively crafted by skilled chefs.
