There is really no other restaurant on the island like Coco Bistro! The atmosphere is wonderful - Coco's ceiling of palm fronds is a bit amazing, to say the least! Expect a table side visit from Steve, Coco's warm and friendly manager, taking the time to ensure that you are enjoying the evening and your entree! The food is great and the waitstaff is friendly and attentive. An evening spent at Coco Bistro is one you will not forget. On a side note, while it is an elegant restaurant, children are most welcome!

“Delicious meal”

We had to wait a bit to be seated because of a little rain, but the outside dining was well worth it. The lobster taco appetizer was one our favorite dishes during our visit.

“still one of the best”

I had not been to Provo since1986 when restaurants were few and far between. Coco Bistro is one place you do not want to miss. I highly recommend the lobster tacos, penne with seafood and coconut pie - and I don't even like coconut! Josefina served us each time and she was a delight. Although I made a few faux pax such as asking for valet parking ( all right I am spoiled) this is one of just a few places where you will have that special dinner.

“Not the best.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 3, 2012

We had very high expectations, based on all the reviews here. Husband loved the lobster, chicken was so-so. We did have a beautiful evening, with a full moon directly overhead. The waiters 'dressed up' our desert for our anniversary, which was a lovely way to end the evening.

You MUST visit Coco Bistro during your stay in Provo! There is not enough room here to describe it... See for yourself!
