We made reservations for Coco Bistro after being told by nearly everyone we encountered that it was the "best restaurant" on the island. The seating is outdoors in a lush coconut palm tree garden, with romantic lighting and stellar service. The caveat is if it rains, you're literally on an adventure. They offer to move you indoors (very crowded, humid, only seats 30), or if you prefer to remain outdoors, you are provided with golf umbrellas to wait out the rain. Entrees range in the typical $25-40, consistent with the other nicer restaurants in Provo. The bread, warm with pesto/garlic/cheese, was tasty and a stand-out. We had the conch ceviche appetizer (good for conch lovers), conch ravioli, and lobster thermidor (good flavors but slightly over-cooked). Overall, Coco Bistro has a romantic atmosphere and location that is close to many resorts along Grace Bay.
