“Excellent Outdoor Dining”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 23, 2012

We made reservations for Coco Bistro after being told by nearly everyone we encountered that it was the "best restaurant" on the island. The seating is outdoors in a lush coconut palm tree garden, with romantic lighting and stellar service. The caveat is if it rains, you're literally on an adventure. They offer to move you indoors (very crowded, humid, only seats 30), or if you prefer to remain outdoors, you are provided with golf umbrellas to wait out the rain. Entrees range in the typical $25-40, consistent with the other nicer restaurants in Provo. The bread, warm with pesto/garlic/cheese, was tasty and a stand-out. We had the conch ceviche appetizer (good for conch lovers), conch ravioli, and lobster thermidor (good flavors but slightly over-cooked). Overall, Coco Bistro has a romantic atmosphere and location that is close to many resorts along Grace Bay.

“Yum!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 23, 2012

This was one of the best dinners I had while visiting. The lobster tacos were delicious and the ambiance and scenery were beautiful. The GM came out to check and make sure our meals were fine which is always a nice touch.

“Great Food and Atmosphere!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 22, 2012

We ate here while on vacation in Provo. The food was amazing. We each had lobster dishes while dining here. The outdoor seating under palm trees was also a great experience. The prices are similar to most places on the island with price ranges from $25-$40 per entree. We visited in the off season and had no problem getting a reservation (reservations are recommended). We stayed at Seven Stars Resort and CB was a short walk down the road. It is also close to other resorts in the area. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

“Great Dinner”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 22, 2012

We took the advise of our resort manager, and made reservations for dinner at Coco Bistro. We were very pleased. We loved sitting under the lit up palm trees! The ambiance was charming. The food was good, and the dessert was devine! Try the chocolate/banana bread pudding with vanilla ice cream!

“Excellent food and terrific atmosphere!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 22, 2012

Our dinner at Coco Bistro was best of the week. There lobster tacos were excellent, I never had anything so good. Also the Blackened Mahi Mahi was very good. This restaurant serves outdoors so weather permitting. It is set in a beautiful tropical atmosphere with palm trees all around you with twinkle lights and candles, very romantic. There outdoor lounge has some comfy couches and chairs while you wait for your table. You really need a reservation when going there. They have a very nice menu. Definitely gourmet cuisine and is pricey but very worth it.
