Great seafood and on the beach atmosphere! Service was superb. Husband loved the scallops appetizer and the crab and prawn appetizer.

The service was dreadful. We were there with 9 children and it took two hours. Worst of the lot. Do you really want me to sya more?

“Schooners at Beaches - Turks Caicos”
Reviewed November 14, 2013

I would have to pretty much agree with most of the other reviews that I have read. The food is very good. Service (except for the bar/drinks) was OK. The setting is outstanding as it is almost on-the-beach.
WE had dinner here one night with a table of 8. The service for the food delivery was adequate. Drink service was non-existent after the first drinks arrived. So we just went a few short feet over to the bar and ordered ourselves. That was fine as far as we were concerned.
Re-visited the same restaurant two days later for breakfast and the service was really good (including bloody mary deliveries). The steak & eggs were a standout. Seafood really is very good here (and throughout the rest of teh resort restaurants). FRESH & cooked almost right-on most of the time.

“Nice but food just ok.”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

good- steak and egg at breakfast. bad-not enough options for a seafood restaurant. Mussels were overcooked and tasted like chalk.

“Great food, horrible service”
Reviewed November 11, 2013

I think we had the best meal all vacation at schooners however the service was horrible. We must have asked for a glass of wine for my husband 3 times as wells bread for my son. The meal took forever but it was very good and fresh.
