Although we were there after dark, and couldn't take advantage of the views, the restaurant is lovely, the staff generally quite friendly and efficient (although one waitress was sort of a sourpuss), and the outdoor setting very relaxing and enjoyable. The menu is very good. We loved the touch of Indian, which you find in several places in T&C, but it was done to perfection here. Definitely worth going to. Sorry we missed the sunset view.
