Food was probably the best we had on the island. It is up there with Coco Bistro, except the attention to service (on island time, not a big deal) is the only difference. We started with the sea scallop and a caesar salad both were amazing. Followed by swordfish and the lobster. The lobster was divine. Swordfish had a mango salsa on top which was great. Coconut pie was also so fresh and yummy. Highly recommend. Do not have to rent a cab to get here- can walk straight on the beach.

Had a 6:30 reservation, we got hungry a little earlier called bay bistro and they were able to accommodate our party of 7 at 5:30. Great time to watch the sunset. This was a very good idea as we were traveling with a 14 month old. There were 2 other families with babies and this time seemed like a good time to go with kids. We didn't feel too embarrassed when our kid started banging his juice cup on the table. Also if you go early with kids you can enjoy a nice restaurant without the worry of ruining someone's romantic evening. Arrived to a nice table set up under the palms on the patio outside. Wait staff was attentive and very friendly as usual. Our party ordered the conch wontons which were still as delicious as I can remember. For main course we had beef tenderloin, grouper, snapper, chicken and lamb chops. Everyone commented that it was the best meal they have ever eaten. For drinks, we had several blue heavens, wine spritzer, and another frozen drink I can't recall the name- very delicious. No dessert as we were all stuffed from finishing our meals. By far one of the best meals on the island. We've eaten here several times and it is always exceptional. Food stayed warm and fish and lamb was cooked perfectly. Meals were pricy but it was expected on this island. Each meal was a good portion and very good value. Not to be missed!

We dined on a Saturday night which was our last night in Provo. It also just happened to be the night that their was a wedding reception going on at Bay Bistro. We wondered how our service was going to be since when we were seated at a table, no one came to wait on us for over 5 minutes. When they did, we questioned her on if we would have any issues with service becasue of the wedding. She said that it would not be since they were just served. Ended up being one of our best nights for service. The conch chowder was perfect to start the meal. My wife an I split the rest of the meal since we really were not that hungry. We had the walnut, pear, and mixed greens salad, That was great. Then we had the Grouper dinner that was on a bed of lettuce that was also very good. Ended the night with the chocolate dessert which was good. Overall, this was well worth the cost and the service was great. Since it was night time, there really is no view out over the water. But probably during the day, the view would be great.

Three of us had dinner at the Bay Bistro the first week of December. We had lamb, swordfish and , all of them perfectly cooked and presented. The conch wontons are a must have, as is the cheesecake. The meal was reasonably priced compared to other restaurants on the island.

Chef Clive offers a creative and wonderful choice of menu items. Highly recommended.

I wish we ate each of our meals at the Bay Bistro! Had a great time - excellently prepared drinks by Junior at the bar. Amazing atmosphere with ever view from the restaurant looking at the beach. Can't wait to be back!
