Nice ambience n setting by the beach of the Sibonne . Interesting take on wanton. Chef cleverly integrates conch into the fillings of wanton creating a fresh n delightful taste.
Service was subpar as of most restaurants here , I think the reason is most of the staff are not skilled as professional wait staff since they are mostly new migrants from Haiti or other neighbouring island? I don't know... Just a guess... It's the islands , so I'm not too stressed about this, just relax and accept the island way , :)
