Sharing a few pro's and con's:
Cons:
Hotel & rooms are old
bar choices very limited (they did not know what a martini was)
Restaurant across the road - expensive with stray dogs & limited menu, food flavorless. (except barbeque night, which was good). We mostly ate elsewhere (like at the Bohio).
Rooms are on the beach (a 4 ft wall separates the rooms from the beach), and although the beach is OK, I felt trapped there - access the the North is blocked and access to the South is now also blocked (unless you are willing to walk over a construction site with nails & thorns). So, its a very small beach, and even smaller during high tide
The only grocery store within walking distance, is Cee, and a lot of their food is expired and owner unwilling to take returns ( we found....well...worms in the energy bars and the Rye-vita )

Pros:
Staff very friendly and helpful
rooms are clean & neat
I liked the simple white cotton curtains
The sound of the ocean is wonderful
Its great to be so close to the beach
Barbeque night at the restaurant across the road, was great - food & music

So, in the end, I adapted. I got used to the rooms being old. I got used to the small beach. We had our drinks elsewhere.

Room Tip: All rooms on ocean-side, either on ground level or top level. On top level you might be able to sleep with balcony door open and hear the ocean - which you can't do on ground level (security reasons). You also cannot leave belongings to dry on balcony on the ground level. Rooms to the North seem to be more private. Those to the South, is closer to swimming pool & bar. Skip the restaurant, unless its barbeque night. Staff is helpful to provide what you need. Rather buy your water from the hotel in stead of carrying it from Cee's the grocery store.

Great intimate hotel on the beach. Food was great and people even better! Be sure to check out Mitch and his music. The grouper and lobster were amazing! If you're diving I recommend Oasis Divers! Jenny and the hotel staff are fantastic and very helpfull. The beachfront suites are worth every penny!

Beautiful rooms, Beautiful views, Beautiful people. Special thanks to Jenny for her help way beyond expectation to make our vacation worry free. The snorkelling and the scuba diving are an out-of-the-world experience.

Will definitely go there again.

Beautiful rooms on the ocean, warm and efficient service. Great restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Unforgettable stay. Very pleasant holiday atmosphere. The ideal place to visit Grand Turk with several facilities and restaurants nearby.

Room Tip: Ocean view recommended!!

We stayed at Osprey Beach to celebrate my birthday and could not have had a more delightful experience. The staff were very warm and went out of their way with hugs and well wishes.
The hotel is directly on the beach on one end and on the main "quaint" street on the kitchen end.
This gives the unique flavor of Grand Turk.
Very laid back with easy access to restaurants. Simply charming and we will definitely be going back.

Room Tip: The upper rooms take a bit more effort to get to the beach but the view is worth it.
