We saw this restaurant and its sample menu on a locally respected culinary magazine (Creole - pronounced cree-olay) and first tried it out in mid-June 2013. The vibe and ambience was so different and the food so hot and tasty that first time, that went back for more on our last trip (Jul 25-29 2013). The creamy curried shrimp with fried plaintains, basmati rice and sauteed vegetables, as well as the jerk chicken breast with pine nuts and button mushrooms were divine. The tiramisu and double chocolate cakes with local ice cream were decadent.
We were not disappointed either time we went. The food is tasty, well presented, hot and not over-salted. The staff were very efficient and courteous and our order was brought to our table within 15mins which I think was very good timing. I think the prices were reasonable - great value.
