“Quite an experience!”
Reviewed October 11, 2013

To be so far from land and be able to walk on the sand and be about neck line in water is quite an experience. We also saw a school of tiny blue fish swimming around us. Some boats will take you to No Man's Land which is very close by and also worth the trip!

This place is great for vacation and is very economical for locals to engage in for vacation as well. I will endorse or recommend it for all I have been here more than twice and I will go again.

“Its worth the boat trip”

Nylon Pool is absolutely a 'must' to visit.
The experience was second to none although the food after left a little to be desired.

“Absolutely worth a trip to!”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

I was please to see the glass bottom boats have improved their routes considerably when I was on Tobago recently. Years ago the first stop was a near-dead reef when you were given rubber shoes so you could stand up on the coral without cutting your feet... no wonder the reef was dying and the routes needed to be changed!
The reef stop is now in deeper water so there is less risk to the sealife which I was really happy about - and a lot more to see as a result. Including a turtle!

The second stop is the Nylon Pool itself. A shallow sandbank out to see it's water is normally around that of a nice warm bath but on this occasion the mornings cloudy weather meant it wasn't quite that warm - but still warm enough.
It's brilliant waters lend an infinity pool vibe, but more of an infinity sea which made for some good pictures. The only downside is that because it is one of the main stops and a limited area, you can have several boats worth of people in the sea at the same time as you. It's still easy enough to find your own spot but it's never going to be completely tranquil unless you go privately.

Definitely worth a trip though just remember to get the boat from Crown Point (TT$60) and NOT Pigeon Point (TT$125)!! Same exact tour.

“Breathtaking view !!!”
Reviewed October 8, 2013 via mobile

Nylon Pool was absolutely one of the best part of visiting Tobago. The changing of the water colors from green to blue. The depth of the ocean makes it a great place to get off the boat and swin in the middle of the ocean. Absolutely a geat experience.
