I took my family for a celebratory brunch because of an advertisement in the daily newspaper of brunch at the revolving 360 degrees restaurant. However on the day of the brunch we were told that the brunch was shifted to the 12th floor. I opted to take my family there in the first place because of the ambiance on the 14th floor with the revolving feature.
I was very disappointed for two reasons, firstly, having the brunch was moved to the 12th floor he ambiance was not what I expected, I must admit that they tried to make up by providing a complimentary glass of wine and secondly the food was not very appealing it was rather ordinary and in some instances lacked taste. The hotel is presently undergoing repairs and will be under new management however I feel strongly that operations should cease until it is fully refurbished. 360 indeed should make a "360"! if I am to visit again.
I had cancelled my reservation at Jaffa's at the Oval to go there and I am sorry I did so.
