Been to this hotel countless times and I still have no complaints. Simply amazing and comfortable. Mark who works there is exceptional. Good food and comfy bed. I'll always choose Kapok over any other hotel.

I spent 3 days at this hotel. The hotel is close to the Botanical Garden, Zoo and the big Queens Park Savannah. I came in a bit early for check-in and was given an complimentary upgrade by Mr. Rondell because my assigned room was not ready. The room was a bit dated but was keep in a cleaned good condition. . The room was good size with a refrigerator, safe and the amenities of a 3.5 star rated hotel however the bath towels were a bit thin. The cable TV had an adequate numbers of foreign and local channels. The Wi-Fi had good strength and the hotel had free and safe parking. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a pretty good verity of cold and hot selections. Also there were fresh local fruits on the buffet menu. . Overall the hotel staffs were very friendly and always willing to help.

Room tip: The room overlooking the road on the higher floor give a better view

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel looks like the pictures. Perfect location near the Savannah. Staff is pretty nice. All in all I had no issues with booking after being on a Waiting list for the Carnival season and was able to secure a room for my party. No issues coming and going even with all the partygoers staying here it still was pretty quiet and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This is a comfortable hotel near the Savannah. Good to stay here for business. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast options are decent. It's better to ask for a room in the inner courtyard, as the rooms on the outside can get some noise from the street.

I had a pleasant stay at Kapok during the Carnival season from Wed-Fri before leaving to stay at the Hilton for the remainder of my trip. They have pleasant staff, great restaurant customer service and food and a well kept and clean hotel room. I have nothing bad to say about the Kapok except the proximity to the houses behind the hotel and constant barking dog, which I know is out of their control. I will definitely stay here again.
