At the promenade you can just hang out with friends eat the famous doubles drink coconut water or on a hot day have a snowcone. There is always action on the promenade and the surrounding buildings are just beautiful.

What a great honor for this young man. He's still alive and have this promenade named after him. Walk down to the water and check out the statue, its not good at all. They could of had someone make it look like him considering he's a good looking man but nevertheless it gives a bit of his accomplishments. Worth seeing, he's the best in the world for cricket.

Too many vagrants lined the benches at night. Not happy with the location, too close to the core of the downtown where what seems like millions of people hang out at night. during the day its just another traffic enduced track for workers getting to and from work.

Only worth the trip if you intend to come into Port of Spain. Once there, it's a cool place to get some pics in the city.
