“Nothng spectacular”
Reviewed February 24, 2012

Too many vagrants lined the benches at night. Not happy with the location, too close to the core of the downtown where what seems like millions of people hang out at night. during the day its just another traffic enduced track for workers getting to and from work.

Only worth the trip if you intend to come into Port of Spain. Once there, it's a cool place to get some pics in the city.

“The activity hub”
Reviewed December 30, 2011

This Promenade takes you from the Cruise ship port/ Hyatt to the ancient historic catholic cathedral. you may sit, shop, site see and more without stepping off the path, however there could be more entertainment and activities during the off season.
