The new Double Deuce is a larger, smarter building and the food and service is just as good as before. Chef Mark uses fresh fish, good meat and cooks things simply and beautifully. We've never had a bad experience in dozens of visits. Black fin tuna done rare, whole red snapper and mahi-mahi are the best fish bets along with lobster and shrimp but they're only there when they're fresh so don't rely on any particular dish being available. His home made burgers are the best on the island and the sirloin steaks are also excellent. The use of a menu board rather than a printed menu means you're sure of "what's good today".
The wine choice is very limited but, hey, it's a beach bar, so red, white or rose is good enough and the beer's always cold. You always get great value whatever you have. Give it a go!
