A local suggested this place to us. it is outdoors near the pier and there were roosters and chickens wandering the place. the menu was small with quiches, sandwiches (build your own options) and salads. i had a sandwich and the bread was great and fresh as well as the fillings. i was a little surprised at the price as it only came with a few taco chips, but it was good. i think my sandwich was $18 which seems a bit high (but food is not cheap on Nevis!)

Thank you for visiting the cafe & your review. You are right in saying food is not cheap on Nevis & we see a rise in prices almost everytime we shop.We do fill our sandwiches with as much filling as you can put between two slices of bread but what you did not mention is the price is in EC$ & not US$...which makes a huge difference.

We popped into this little cafe several times for a drink and lunch. I had the best quiche ever here. It is a mixture of higgledy piddledy tables and chairs in what looks like someone’s garden. It seem like a place that friends get together in. Very friendly.

I had a fresh and delicious blue cheese and walnut salad with lots of fresh ingredients (not easy to get in the supermarkets of Nevis if you self cater),and my husband had a tasty club sandwich. These were freshly prepared and served by lovely people. This cafe is very reasonably priced and a charming place to relax in the cool shade.

I've visited this little bar/coffee shop on a number of occasions on my visits to Nevis. The owner, Elizabeth Smith, an expat shows a lot of passion in making sure the food, service and general atmosphere within this quint, shoreline cafe is second to none. It's perfectly located in the main town (Charlestown) within the wonderful gardens of the Hamilton museum, offering views of the ocean and St kitts. It's a lovely place to relax and socialize with the locals, expats and tourists. The breakfast, sandwiches and salads are delicious, but if you fancy a good juicy burger (which is rare to find on the island), visit the cafe on a tuesday night for Burger Night, when the lights are turned on, music turned up and the grill lit, offering lovely juicy burger, chips, chilli etc. The atmosphere is excellent and it's stays open until the last person leaves. I would highly recommend this to anyone fortunate enough to visit Nevis.

I had heard great things from friends who live on the island, so I stopped in for a coffee and slice of veggie quiche while running some errands in town. The garden cafe certainly makes a great place to relax with a book for a while over a basic breakfast - I was not disappointed. I only wish I'd had a chance to try their weekly burger night which seems to get rave reviews from locals and tourists alike!
