Wow.......and Wow again!!! An amazing facility & setting. Dinner reservations are required and it is a drive but well worth it at least once. We did it twice--for Valentine's Day & the prixe fixe option with steel drum music. Service was outstanding led by Chantelle!

My husband and I went to the Pavilion on Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. It was our last day in paradise and we saved the best for last. Based on the previous reviews I was looking forward to the basket of banana bread (which they serve with walnut butter) and was not disappointed. I ordered the butter poached lobster. It was amazing. The only strange thing was they said that it comes with french fries so I asked if they would substitute rice which was no problem This dish could probably be shared that's how much they give you. At a price of $47 it was well worth it. We will definitely be back. You should note that if you want to go to the Pavilion you better have a reservation because your name is placed at the guard house and you don't get in without a reservation.

This is a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful setting. The meal itself is also spectacular. Overall a great evening. We came early and walked around to take in the scenery then had drinks at the bar before dinner. Everything was just perfect.

We went to the Pavilion last Tuesday night and were extremely pleased. What an incredible change from last year! After ordering, we were served a delicious amuse and a basket of bread that contained the best banana bread we had ever had. You knew right away that the rest of the night was going to be memorable; and it was. Each of the four of us ordered different entrees; swordfish, pork, chicken and a jambalaya; one better than the next. Everyone knows that the ambience is the best on the Island, but this year the food was the star. Service was also exceptionally friendly and professional as well as appropriately timed. Hope this restaurant continues to be open to the public as it's now moved to our number one! Wish the road to get there would be permanently fixed but that's probably too much to ask for the foreseeable future given the amount of construction on the peninsula.

Everything about the evening at the Pavilion Beach House Restaurant was memorable. The cab ride to the private club on Turtle Beach took us by some beautiful sites on the way to Christophe Harbor in an area of St. Kitts that we did not visit on our full island tour of the island. We arrived early, while it was still daylight because I wanted to get sunset pictures. Just before entering the guarded gate we saw several monkeys in the wild in a rain forest area. We read there were thousands of wild monkeys on the island, but these were the only ones we actually saw in the wild.
We had time to walk the grounds of the club and got some wonderful pictures. We then tried the rum punch at the open air bar.
Service was special. When we arrived the cab driver walked us in an I was hugged and welcomed. I was walked to the attractive restroom lounge. We were walked to the cab area to meet up with our cab driver (whom they served rice and mutton while he was waiting to drive us back to the Marriott). We were hugged and told they were happy we joined them for dinner. And during the meal service was what you expect from a top class restaurant every step of the way.
We went on Wednesday night when there is a special $39 deal. We started with a complimentary fish cake. I then had the Beach House salad with rainforest greens, dates, and Roquefort cheese and Bob had the Lobster Pho soup that was delicious. For an entrée I had fresh grouper and Bob had fresh pasta with basil and sweet peppers. For dessert Bob had the banana cream pie and cappuccino. I had a wonderful dark chocolate mousse. You might look at our entrée choices and think so what. What made this such an exceptional dining experience apart from the delicious food was the view, the attentive service, the steel band playing in the background, the perfect subtle lighting, and the smiles on everyone's faces.
The restaurant was packed when we left with people waiting, so you must make reservations. In fact, if you don't have reservations at least 24 hours in advance you won't get in at all. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch, but only for members, and only open certain nights for the public open at 5:30 p.m.
