At 18 - 20 $US a plate this little place isn't cheap but the food cooked by the owner's son was fresh, Caribbean and delicious, the rum punch cocktails were strong and everyone was polite and friendly. The old dreadlocks man will rent you a lounger. Listening to Bob Marley and looking at the sea helped me recover from the horror of all the cruise ship tourists (they go about 3pm) Much nicer than the bigger bar by the car park.
