I was visiting St. Kitts on a cruise ship - this was my second visit and I was looking for a day of relaxation. It is a short walk from the pier. We arrived early and were able to get one of the nice padded chairs at the pool. By late morning it was quite busy and the only room left was on the lawn without any shade. The view is stunning. Overall, I would highly recommend Palm Court Gardens if you are looking for a beautiful place to relax and swim for the day.

We were here at the beginning of February 2013 with our cruise stop in St. Kitts. Our tour took us to this spot at the beginning of the day, and we loved it so much, we decided to come back here in the afternoon instead of going to the beach where they take all the tourists.

There is a $1.00 entrance fee to see the property and the gardens. If you want to swim in the pool for the day, you pay $10. So if you come here on a tour in the morning, keep your sticker, and you will only have to pay $9.00 when you come back :)

I have to say the food wasn't the main attraction here. It's good for a snack. We ate the small plate of nachos for $10.00.. which weren't anything special. But what you are really paying for here is the view... you get such a wonderful breeze at the top, and can take a dip in the pool / hottub, or just relax on a chair. You see your cruise ship in the distance and a wonderful view of the city from the top of the hill.

They have the sweetest little gift shop where they make all of their own jewelry... very beach meets pottery barn feel.

They said in the low season, you can spend the night in the upstairs rental for $95.00 (May to Oct I think) ... it sleeps 4, but is only one double bed, and a single... and maybe a couch? Something like that... but what a beautiful spot. We would go back in a second. And would recommend to anyone that visits St. Kitts.

Palm Court Resort is a magnificently outstanding place to visit! The grounds are immaculate, the food is delicious and reasonable and the pool overlooking the port of Basseterre and the nearby island of Nevis is available to non-guests for a nominal fee ($10US). Mere words can't describe the beauty and ambiance of the resort. We were brought to Palm Court Gardens by our taxi driver, Mr. Goodman as part of an island tour and elected to stay the remainder of our time in port until we had to be back on board our ship. There is a small $2 charitable donation to enter the Botanical Gardens on the property but it's well worth it. We enthusiastically overwhelmingly recommend a visit or a stay on the property if you are planning a visit to St. Kitts!!!!!!

We were in St. Kitts on a recent cruise and went to Palm Court Gardens for the day. It was beautiful. We walked from the port to the property, which was about a 25-30 minute walk. We enjoyed several hours in the sun, walking around the gardens and just enjoying the view! I read about Palm Court Gardens on Cruise Critic and it did not disappoint. We were able to get a taxi back to the cruise port, also. I would definately recommend this to anyone sailing or travelling to St. Kitts.

My sister and her family did the day pass last March and could not say enough about it. So we decided to have our tour guide "Royston Tours" drop us off here after our tour.

This place is stunning! We only had about an 1 1/2 and wished we could stay longer. They are very friendly , lots of beautiful gardens, gift shop ect. We had a couple of drinks and a wonderful swim while overlooking our ship!
