Beautiful scenery and interesting history. The visitors orientation is interesting, much more interesting than the museum spaces in the upper fortress itself. The snack shop is okay for burgers and a few local dishes. But the panoramic views of the island from the fort are worth everything you paid and gave up to get to the fortress. Pictures don't do this place justice. Just take lots of water and keep hydrated.
