“An amazing World Heritage site with a beautiful view”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

We learned about this location from Trip Advisor and originally planned to just go directly to the the fort for a tour. However we instead took a whole island tour with a taxi from the cruise pier (we arrived via a cruise) for $20pp. Our tour took us to many of the most historic sites on the island and past many of the beaches and towns all the way around the whole island. The top three must sees are Caribelle Batik, Black Rocks cove, and of course the Brimstone Hill Fortress. The fortress has so many interesting views in both directions. You can see the volcano on a neighboring island and the beaches for miles away. The fortress itself had a lot of historic information and was very well preserved. For $8pp entry fee it was well worth it and only really took about 90 minutes to tour the whole location. It is truly the best tourist/historical location on St Kitts. Believe me, you wont miss anything in town.

“Amazing vistas and historical gem”
Reviewed May 29, 2013 via mobile

This is one spot in all of st kitts nobody should miss. The historical aspect and the great views of the island from this amazing park is by itself worth the $8 entrance. Easy to find as well if you drive along the main highway on the west side of the island. Highly recommended.

“Amazing views, bags of history”

A great piece of history, well worth a visit. On a clear day the views are amazing!
One piece of advice - make sure you either drive or have a taxi take you UNLESS you are either very fit or mad.

“Incredible”

I loved this self guided tour, exploring the structure and the architecture. If I had to choose one tourist attraction, this would be it. Amazing local and north american history lessons here, and absolutely beautiful. Take kids for sure!
