We visit about twice a year for lunch. The food is always more than adequate and the service from a friendly staff is always without cricism.

If the weather is fine lunch on the terrace could not be bettered. The views are to die for and should not be missed.

One bonus the front bar is always available to watch sport if there a match or game of general interest. Rugby foootball is always most atmospheric wih much local vocal support especially if Wales are playing!!

We had room 6 which is on the second floor overlooking Aberdaron bay. The views are superb. The room very modern, comfortable, spotllessly clean and spacious. Huge king sized bed with views out to sea. Superb bathroom with underfloor heating, spacious bath and shower over. Room was very well appointed with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Really nice to have two comfortable easy chairs to relax in. Staff were very friendly and the food both at breakfast and evening meal was wonderful. Breakfast cooked fresh to order and very generous portions servied piping hot. A really great place to relax and get away from it all. Would deffinatley recommend and will be returning.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front have superb views.

Stayed in July with family, cracking family room with brilliant views of the bay. had a lovely dinner overlooking the sea, one of the best cold lobsters I've had in a long time. staff very friendly and we were well looked after. Very good nights sleep with a hearty breakfast before we left. Would highly reccommend this Inn by the sea.

Very pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel/ room/ views were. What a great place to stay.
A few little things I wasn't entirely happy with, (Archers didn't taste v good, but was swapped without question/ new potatoes with the meal were't good - overcooked & some black) But apart from that, everything was excellent.
Room was fabulous, amazing views, friendly & helpful staff, nice atmosphere, rest of the food v good (the Eton mess was perfect).
Would most definately go back, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in :)

Room Tip: Get a room with a sea view.

fab location, friendly staff, and food is gorgeous, although quite expensive. If you have decent weather, you can sit outside on the terrace overlooking the sea, or alternatively, just pop in the bar for a drink, you don't have to dine here

We stopped in room 5 , fabulous view. The room was lovely had everything you needed including underfloor heating in bathroom. The bed was comfy and pillows were fine especially as I'm funny about pillows. The food was brilliant and staff were happy to,make sandwiches for us in our room as a late supper. It also had a lift. All in all a fab hotel and we will definitely be returning soon.

Room Tip: Room 5 brilliant view

We called in at Aberdaron for lunch and enjoyed a very good crab sandwich. The hotel is very well located and seemed nice.Aberdaron is a lovely little village with a smashing beach , pity the rain and wind prevented a good walk.
The downside was the attitude of the bar team who were b****dy miserable, maybe all that rain...

Room Tip: Did not stay
