I have been to many timeshares at this point in my life and this rates among the best in how well it has been maintained and updated. Many timeshares don't keep beds and couches in good shape and should be replaced.

This properry is cute, cozy and has a great location. Right across the street from Kirk supermarket, making distance to the downtown harbour, beautiful ocean view and the beautiful SMB is only a couple minute walk.

The accommodation was clean, had everything we needed, was very comfortable. We found the beds to be good, even the pullout. But most importantly, Harry made us feel like we were family. He answered all our questions and helped us in many ways. He is the absolute best! When traveling to a new country, it's so nice to know someone can help you navigate a foreign country. Would definitely stay there again just because of Harry.

After 20 years of timeshare vacations, this was definitely in our top 4 vacations. It may not have been the prettiest or largest resort, but it was definitely the best & friendliest staff, the most relaxing and one of the most interesting weeks. Harry the manager, Andre the helper and the cleaning staff were all top notch. With such a small resort and the weekly dinner, we got to know the other timeshare guests and we enjoyed spending time with all. Since the units are older, we did have a water leak problem. Their staff fixed this leak the same day. (I am embarrassed to say if this leak was in my house, it would have taken 2-3 weeks to be fixed.)
I think our backyard pool is larger then their small pool, but it didn't matter as everyone hung out there to chat in the early evenings. Of course, the sunsets were perfect from the patio and snorkeling beach.
The grocery store was just across the street. The restaurants were costly since the US Dollar is weaker than the Grand Cayman dollar but all meals were delicious and I got a new favorite alcohol drink during this trip!!
They drive on the left side of the street. We used buses and cabs. We found Garfield the best taxi driver. He was always on-time and fair-priced. 1-345-923-9229 He works mostly evenings but he did drive us to the airport.
We did a stingray/snorkeling boat trip with Dexter's Fantasea Tours. It was a small catamaran trip with 3 couples from Coral Sands and only one other couple. Dexter provided the roundtrip transportation to the boat. They made sure everyone on-board got to handle the stingrays. Coming back, we sailed in and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. It was fabulous and we would do it again in a heartbeat.
Sadly we cannot trade for Coral Sands for 4 years.....
(Yes there is construction just outside our window....we were so busy we hardly heard it....lol)

We have just returned from a two week stay here and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is small and friendly and the staff are so helpful. The Manager Harry really does go out of his way to make your stay perfect.

This small boutique timeshare on the west coast of Grand Cayman is a precious gem!! I stayed here with 2 friends from 9/7-9/14/19 and could not believe our good fortune to check into 1 of the 2 beautiful oceanfront units. I cannot adequately describe how wonderful, quiet, and peaceful I found this resort. The staff are kind, friendly and wholly dedicated to making your week the best it can be.
The beach here is a shallow, calm snorkel beach; if you plan to swim rather than snorkel, bring water shoes. Sunsets are breathtaking from the patio or the sand; the small pool is sparkling clean and descends to a 6 ft depth; the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals; Kirk Market is across the street and the small beach where the fisherman sell their catch is a short drive away. You can walk to Seven Mile Beach if you choose or drive to the many other beautiful beaches.
I experienced several things at this resort that I have not elsewhere in the 27 years I have been vacationing in the Caribbean such as: being offered a vacuum cleaner to remove sand from my rental car, a large water tub om the patio to clean snorkel/dive gear and racks to dry the gear on, a keycode on the patio entry door so access can be made without trying to find a key, modern working flashlights in the nightstands of each bedroom, and continuous strong signal, free wi-fi.
If you want a swim-up bar in your pool with music playing constantly, or having to reserve your beach chair and palapa by 7 AM, this resort is NOT for you!!! I will return to Coral Sands again and again.
