This small resort condo is always a pleasure to be at. It is ideally located, walking distance to Georgetown, Seven Mile Beach and the grocery store. There is a dive shop two doors down. The small number of units allows for interaction with the other guests. It has a small pool for dipping, but with the Carribean 50 feet a way, it just doesnt get much better

we are booked on this resort on aug. 3-10 2019 at unit 2 using RCI exchange.
if your looking for a sandy resort, well this is not it, there is one about 25 min. walk or 5 min bus ride ($2.50 per person) at royal palm resort at the 7 mile beach or governor beach.
snorkeling is really good at this resort, lots of baby corals all around , dont forget to wear water shoes as there is a lot of those sea eggs (sea urchin ) TIP: if you eat sea urchin, you are more than welcome to pick them for your eating pleasure.
i will definitely will come back when the construction beside this resort is finish.
We stayed in a 2bd 2 bath condo during early July. The resort is small, with only 12 units, but perfect for a nice quiet vacation. Harry and his staff are absolutely amazing and help you with just about anything you ask. Every Tuesday evening, Harry cooks up a large feast and everyone in the resort gets together and has dinner together. It's a nice way to get to know everyone in the resort. Our condo was a split level, the living space on the bottom floor and the 2 bedrooms on the top floor. The pool was small but adequate for the number of condos. The resort has a small beach that is meant for snorkeling but still nice to walk on and pick up shells and sea glass. Overall, a great resort, wonderful vacation and we will be back next year.
We stayed in a 2bd 2bath room for 1 weeks in July 2019. I do not have anything negative to say about this resort. Harry and his entire team were attentive, friendly and we had a perfect vacation. The resort has 12 units but 2 were being renovated. We had a resort dinner on Tuesday evening and we got to meet everyone staying in our resort. Harry did a fantastic job cooking the meal and all guests brought a side dish or dessert. The rooms were fully furnished with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer and the best wifi ever. The beach was small but a perfect size. The beach was great for snorkeling and just hanging out enjoying the sun. We will return.
Harry and Andre are as good as it gets - very hospitable - they welcome you like a best friend. Attention to guests needs a priority with them. This is a very well run resort. This was the 4th time staying at this resort. It is intimate and always fun meeting all the other guests especially at the weekly gathering where Harry prepares the meat and macaroni and cheese and guests bring a dish to share. It's one of the best snorkeling locations around and offers a place for your night dives and snorkel as well. Can't wait until the next time.
