Stayed here in October 2013 for a week. Great small property in a good "in between" location. Not actually on famous Seven Mile Beach but not too far away. Walking distance to Georgetown. Staff is great. Basically just Harry and Junior and they were very friendly and helpful. Diving is absolutely fantastic. Not cheap but VERY easy. My girlfriend likes Cayman better than any other dive destination we have been to. We bought a pre-paid dive package with Red Sail and were very pleased. They pick you up right at the resort and bring you back.
Condos are clean, spacious and well equipped. Townhouse style. Drank the water straight from the tap. Pool (small and warm!) is literally right outside your sliding door. Beach is small and a bit rocky but nice. Good snorkeling. LOTS of iguanas! Huge modern grocery store just across the street and a little way down. The Kirk. Pot luck dinner (Tuesday, I think?) at the resort is great. Complex is small and intimate. Everybody super friendly. Walking Seven Mile Beach is fantastic. And good exercise. Easy access to and from the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. While Cayman is certainly not cheap it is very "easy". We greatly enjoyed this vacation and look forward to returning to Cayman and would gladly stay again at the Coral Sands. You have to pay for your electricity (they read the meter when you arrive and again when you leave - common on Cayman) but we spent less than we exoected. All in all a great trip.
