We visited the Westin whilst on holiday with our 16 year old . We had read many reviews about restaurants in the Caymans and this lived up to it's reviews. The food was very good I had lobster bisque to start my husband scallops both delicious . Mains two fish dishes and my daughter had lamb , which we said was as nice as Le Manoir in Oxford so quite the compliment .
The fish was flavoursome , through the service was attentive without being intrusive . My daughter had the expression brûlée which she thoroughly enjoyed. If I had one gripe it would be as some other have said , I expected better views and the tables to at least have cloths on . It is near the walk way but it didn't spoil the meal or atmosphere . I would have visited again but we wanted to try several others
