Get away from the cruise ship crowds and book with Six Senses. Sting Ray City can see thousands of visitors on any given day. We booked the early bird tour and had the entire sandbar to ourselves (10 people total). There is nothing like swimming and feeding the rays and this is the tour to do it on. John and Oz were our guides and made the trip fun and were very knowledgeable.

John and Oz made the Early Bird snorkeling trip memorable. It was great to be among the first ones at Stingray City. Both were extremely knowledgeable and provided individual attention to every person on the trip. They were completely involved during the stingray interaction and gathered starfish so everyone had an opportunity to interact with them - while maintaining respect for the animals and their environment.

We had an outstanding trip with John & Oz. They were both extremely personable & knowledgeable. Although the weather conditions were a bit challenging, they still made the trip safe & fun with tons of wildlife experiences. Highly recommend it & would definitely go again.

We selected this tour as a snorkeling excursion to see the Cayman must-sees of Stingray and Starfish. John and Oz were great and it was worth avoiding the cruise ship crowds! My only suggestion is that some fruit, rum drink and/or snack other than bottled water would be appreciated :-)

Hi Gail
Thank you for your review. For obvious reasons we don't provide alcohol but you can bring your own. We did offer free rum
Punch and local beer and sodas a few years ago but had several complaints when there were kids onboard so we stopped providing them. Parents didn't want their kids drinking sodas for sugar reasons and alcohol readily available at 730am doesn't look good. We do provide a fresh fruit platter every trip. I will check with John and Oz to see if they 'forgot' to pass it out We provide bottled drinking water as we feel people are reluctant to drink tap water and dehydration is a major factor in the Caribbean so most people feel safer drinking bottled water. Paul
