I've been a fan of MGF since inception and the food is always delicious and left field. Went for lunch today and service was shocking. Staff we're not welcoming, received one glass of comp water with an advisory that our server would be with us momentarily and 10-15 minutes later nada. Subsequently walked out and went elsewhere in Caymana Bay. Suggestion - perhaps staff could try and smile, be professional and training needs rolled out. Won't be back for a long time

Michaels is located in the new Camana Bay development, which is a very nice and spacious outdoor walking mall. The menu is decent and the fish was very fresh, yet it lacked something. The waitress was on Island time, and thus a simple meal became a 2.5 hr experience. Again, it was good, yet everything took a while. Once the waitress took our order, she returned in about ten minutes to advise of an item that was not available anymore that evening.

Was surprised to see this wasn't higher on the list. I would rate as a don't miss. Yes, a little pricey (no different than most of the Cayman restaurants tho), but great casual atmosphere and delicious plates from snacks, small, medium and large to suit the grazers, the kids and the full on entree eaters. The home made fried pig ears were to die for. The sautéed, peppery kaliloo greens were amazing and the tuna and steaks had so much flavor. Set amongst the palm trees at the Camana Bay, we watched the kids jump through the sprinklers while we lingered over one last drink. A good night!

Great great food. we had leg of lamb, lion fish, pork belly, cheese of the week and popcorn and peanuts for dessert. Raquel was great and very nice.

Like most things on this island, Michael's was pricey. We ordered a pizza and another appetizer and it was more than enough for two of us.
