This restaurant had great service, nice decor, and the snapper and white-bass were both terrific. Can eat inside or outdoors.

This place has an extensive gluten free menu and the food is excellent. Was treated to toasted GF bread drizzled with olive oil. The ceviche is excellent and I had the wahoo with sweet potatoes in a light cream sauce; it was wonderful. My spouse had seafood pasta made with GF pasta, which contained an abundance of seafood including mussels, shrimp, clams, calamari, and fish. The dessert was a fantastic GF fresh mango mousse which was so light and fluffy as they add egg whites to the recipe. Would come back here in a nano-second.

Had dinner at Agua in March, 2013. Setting was very nice, right across the road from seven mile beach. Food was pretty mediocre, standard fare, with very little creativity. Also not enough spice on dishes that were supposed to have it, so ended up bland. There are many other choices that are better in Grand Cayman.

My wife and I were referred here by a friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. She had the wasabi tuna which was "melt in your mouth" good. My prosciutto wrapped Mahdi was also wonderful. The wine was excellent as well. The highlight however, in our opinion was the ceviche. We sampled five different "spoons" which were all excellent. Service was perfect, atmosphere very relaxing and the location perfect for the beach hotels. We are staying at the Westin and its a nice relaxing 10-15 walk...which is a nice way to finish off the evening after such a good meal.
