After reading all the good reviews, we chose the Caribbean Club for our family spring break. It's truly a spectacular property--from the villas, to the beach, to the great location. We didn't rent a car and didn't need one. The Caribbean Club has relationships with several great cab and tour operators and will call a cab anytime. (By the way, the taxis are mostly vans which can seat up to 8 people--very convenient for our large group.) We requested the same driver, Dahlia, whenever possible--she's a local who really knows the area and took us lots of places we might not have seen otherwise. If you don't want a cab, the buses run right outside the property and can take you all over the island.
The grocery store is conveniently located right across the street, but you should know that it (like most of Cayman) is closed on Sunday. If you're planning on arriving Sunday, have the staff shop ahead for you!
The staff at the Carib Club are fantastic--friendly, helpful, and always willing to book excursions or dinners. If you're interested in Sting Ray City, consider your own boat with Ezona Aquatics. The hotel handled everything for us and the trip was the highlight for everyone.
The onsite restaurant, Luca, is one of the best in Cayman. Go for the Sunday brunch--it really is the best in town and books up early.
This hotel is rated #1 for a reason--it's fabulous

I have stayed in a few places around the Caribbean but NONE compare to the service and/or quality of The Caribbean Club. The staff take care of you every step of the way, and they love to do so. It's like a true home-away-from-home where you feel at ease as soon as you are unpacked. The island itself is very safe and the people seem filled with joy.
But this property is unlike any other. I think it might be because it is like a home but with hotel services. So, you can cook a meal or do your laundry but the maid will do your dishes and fold your laundry while you are at the beach.
The turn down service...something so simple and easy...is a delight to come home to after dinner out.
We had no problem shopping for great food across the street for our breakfasts and occasional lunches. And dining on your private patio while watching the ocean is just heaven.
There are 5 star properties and then there are 5 STAR PROPERTIES and this one is truly the brightest star among the 5 stars.
I hope you get chance to book a vacation here because I can absolutely guarantee you, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Tripadvisor for all the prior reviews of this wonderful hotel/condo, which proved true. The 7 story hotel consists of primarily 3 bedroom condos, individually owned, but which are rented and serviced as a hotel. My husband and I got a special couples rate, which meant our price was slightly discounted, but we still had a luxurious, ocean front 3 bedroom condo with 3 baths, full kitchen and huge living room, fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean, and full maid service including turn down at night. Our room was immaculate. With a supermarket across the street, it was easy to pick up breakfast and lunch foods to eat in, but we went out nightly for dinner. The staff was helpful from our first email, offered to stock our condo with groceries since the supermarket would be closed on Sunday, and had excellent restaurant suggestions. The best part was how quiet our beach was. They have about 6 big straw umbrellas for two at the beach, and we never had trouble getting one whatever hour we arrived at the beach. When we ventured down the to the Ritz, it was wall to wall bodies and chairs with such a crowded feel that it was claustrophobic, but our hotel was peaceful, spacious, and perfect. The beach is beautiful, the water shades of turquoise, and if you choose you can get food and drink service at the beach. The pool is a lovely infiniti pool, but I stuck to the ocean since there were often children in the pool. We ate at their restaurant Lucca both the first night there and for lunch. Service was excellent and the food was very good, though pricey. Sitting at lunch looking out at the ocean was truly a dream come true, though, and not to be dismissed. Before we booked we compared the price of the Ritz Carlton, with all their extras plus the cost of meals and service there, with the Caribbean Club, and decided we would go for the peace and space of the Caribbean Club. We made the absolutely best decision, and by eating in during the day definitely spent less than we would have at the Ritz. I'd go back in an instant.

Room Tip: We had room 703 on the top floor, and the view was spectacular, it was near the elevator, and it was fabulous. It's the only place we saw.

The Caribbean Club is by far the most perfect property I have ever stayed in! I am a travel professional and The Caribbean Club is perfect for everyone! Families have so much value and amenities here with the gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, full kitchen, washer and dryer units! With a full service market across the way and local farmer's market at Caymana Bay, you can always have wonderful food to enjoy when you are not dining at fabulous restaurants like Luca ( on property), La DolceVita, Morgan's Harbor (Sunday BarBQue) and The Wharf to name a few!
Couples seeking an intimate property need not be concerned that it is all kids and not quiet! The very ample beach area with beautiful cabana umbrellas, natural trees and spacious area between lounges allows for everyone to enjoy their own space! You can lounge on the beach and go between the pool and the beach, which is amazing! There is so much to do along Seven Mile Beach or so little by enjoying the beauty and serenity!
The staff at The Caribbean Club are top notch! They excel in service with warm loving caring about their guests pleasure and comfort! Danielle is the quitensential hostess with her warm welcoming smile, her attention to detail and her kindness!
This was a vacation that is incomparable to any other vacation ever! From the moment we checked in I felt like I was at home, a paradise home that is!
I am so grateful to all of the wonderful staff and give them high praises for their attention to their guests as well as their ensuring the property is spotless, well kept and comfortably perfect! From the warm greetings in the morning, to watching the staff meticulously prepare the pool area and beach each morning, to the evening turndown with candy treat basket each evening! Oh and THANK YOU for cleaning up the kitchen for us when we left our dishes in the sink!!!!
We are already planning a return! Do yourself a favor and look nowhere else when considering a vacation to Grand Cayman!!!!

Room Tip: The rooms in the side buildings to the pool are perfect with children! All the locations are amazing!

This is a great property. We just finished our third stay and are looking to book for next year. The hotel is located on a beautiful stretch of beach, sufficiently far from the Ritz to avoid its crowds but plenty close to walk there for dinner (Blue is amazing) or to rent jet skis or snorkel gear. Ideal for families with three or four kids -- three bedroom / three bath condos, nicely furnished with high quality finishes and appliances. Staff is excellent. Large, well-stocked grocery store is across the street and you can bring your shopping cart up the elevator and into your condo and unload directly into your refrigerator and cabinets. If you bring it back to the ground floor the staff will return it for you. Washer/Dryer in unit can help you pack light (if you have the discipline to do so). Blender in condo for your frozen vacation drinks. Beach doesn't get crowded or noisy. Wonderful sunsets.
