The rooms are right on the beach and it's just like the "perfect" beach you see in all the pictures. Nice walk to get food and relaxing to come home to. It really felt like our own private condo on the beach. Will try and go back soon.

I've been taking my family to Casa Caribe almost every year for about 15 years. There is simply no better place to bring your family than Casa Caribe. No, it is not brand-new and glitzy. But virtually all of the units have been remodeled -- mostly due to a hurricane a number of years ago. So the finishes and interior design are on par with any hotel on the island.

But this is not a hotel, it's a condo. That's what makes it so great with kids. Many units have 3 bedrooms and some have 3 baths -- plenty of room for everyone and some privacy to boot. The complex has a small number of units to rent, but is on the absolute best part of Seven Mile Beach. Many days we'll have the huge beach almost entirely to ourselves. If you need something for the kids or yourself back at the condo, it's a dozen steps away. The beach on this section has no rocks or sharp coral and the water is shallow but deep enough for snorkeling. This is so much better than sitting at the Ritz Carlton or the Westin where hundreds of beach chairs are all lined up an inch or two from another.

The grocery store, two liquor stores, and many other shops and restaurants are right across the street, making it fast and easy to pick up everything you need. Cayman restaurants are quite expensive, so eating at the condo for everything except an occasional dinner out saves our family lots of cash. Many excellent spots to eat out are within easy walking distance.

You can see that we consider Casa Caribe to be our secret little piece of heaven on earth. Highly recommended for those who want relaxation and convenience while enjoying the absolute best section of the best beach in the world. Enough said!

Room Tip: We like the ocean-front units best but those around the sides are just as convenient to the beach wh...

My wife and I visited Casa Caribe in Nov of 2013

We had a trip of a lifetime. We loved our unit, we loved the private beach, and just about everything about our accommodations. The staff was simple amazing, from Nate, Neville, and the rest of the staff were very helpful in sight destinations, tips, and things for us to do in Grand Cayman. The beaches and property were very well maintained daily and they were very accommodating for anything special we needed

Condo is stacked with pretty much anything and everything you need, right down to the little details. We can't wait to go back this upcoming spring

Room Tip: Spend the money and be ground floor, AMAZING

They don't build them like this anymore. This is a small private condo development on the most pristine stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Grocery store across the street. Walk down the beach and see the hotel dwellers packed in like sardines, then chuckle as you read the reviews about Westin, Marriott and Ritz. Unlike the captive crowd, you can be free and immerse ourself in the private and intimate beauty of the island. To top it off, they have on-site managers like Neal who are friendly and helpful, they will even book your excursions for you. If you are really looking for peace and relaxation, this intimate, meticulously maintained complex may be your best bet. We have been back at least 4 times and hope to return in the future.

We stayed at casa caribe unit 3 : June 14-21,2013. My family of six absolutely loved the unit. The unit was well taken care of, cleaned daily and spacious. The unit is groundfloor direct beachfront which we LOVED! The beach was raked, and cleaned daily. The kitchen is a nice sizenand came stocked with all the utensils, etc that you would need. Fosters grocery is a short walk. It had one of the best beach/ snorkeling locations on seven mile beach. We will be back.

On June 10th our family made our first trip to Grand Cayman and I must say that staying in unit #18 at the Casa Caribe was a fantastic decision. The condo truly is a "turn key" unit that comes with everything that you need for your vacation except your bathing suit. The 1700 square feet was well decorated and felt very spacious and homey. The beach and pool were never crowded and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available under the beautiful pine trees. The snorkeling off of the beach was very close to shore and we saw lots of marine life on a natural coral reef. The new and exciting Camana Bay where one can enjoy many new shops and fine dining experiences is a short walk down the road. Foster's grocery is directly across the street and makes it very easy to pick up fresh groceries daily. I have traveled to many places and found this beach and particularly Casa Caribe to be the most peaceful and relaxing beach experience so far in my first 50 years of life. Please come and stay and relax the Cayman way. You won't regret it!

Room Tip: The balcony in unit #18 is very spacious compared to the other units and the decorating is unique!

We came back after staying here last year because it is simply perfect. As people always say it is a virtually private beach. We always get a walk out, beach front unit which is wonderful as you can go in and out during the day - no need for a beach bag or anything like that. It's in a perfect location as you can simply walk across the street and have access to groceries (you can bring the cart right back to the unit and place near the office where they return them every day for you) There is also a liquor store, coffee shop, jewelry shop etc...and you can easily walk to at least a dozen restaurants if you chose to go out at night. I would highly recommend UNIT 6. We stayed in Unit 3 last year which was nice but needs updating. The owners of Unit 6 were very smart. They renovated the kitchen so it is state of the art (including a wine refrigerator). In addition the master bed is very comfortable (Unit 3 had a terrible master bed) One tip in regard to the grills: only one grill had propane the night I went to cook and it was after hours so no one in the office. The second grill had propane but needed a long time to heat up and burn off the previous grilling residue. The brush to clean the grill is completely ineffective so give yourself time in heating the grill up in order to have things cook properly. Unit 6 has only 1 TV but the cable and the WIFI worked well. They provide some great floatation devices for the water but no fins or snorkels so you must bring your own. We saw plenty of marine life right outside the unit in the water (stingray, sea turtle, small fish) ENJOY!

Room Tip: Choose a beach front walk out - the view is tremendous but the convenience of having the beach about...
