The food was good, but be prepared to pay for it. Breakfast for two (coffee, juice, fruit, and a bagel) ran us $40+. Dinner was easily $80. Having a refridge in our room helped us to cut down on the time/expense of eating at this restaurant attached to our rooms at the Grand Caymanian.
