“great view, very good food”
Reviewed April 23, 2013

Watched the sunset during dinner (can eat inside or out). service was great. I had one of the best pork chops ever, and the chef adjusted the swordfish to meet my wife's spice preferences.

Love the variety of food that is available for the buffet. Worth it for locals and visitors alike. Definitely a must do!

“Pass...go somewhere else”
Reviewed April 11, 2013

Was fine on previous visits, but this one...no. The waiter seemed pre-occupied and really kept trying to push spare ribs on us. spare ribs on Cayman? No thank you. Almost made us feel bad for ordering what we wanted. Not sure why he was pushing them. Forgot our second round of drinks. Skip this restaurant and go to the Wharf or another restaurant (except the other Westin restaurant - Casa Havana).

“Overpriced Breakfast with a side of Apathetic Service”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

The only thing this place has going for it is its location, attached to the Westin and overlooking the beach. Breakfast offerings include the standard overpriced hotel buffet ($20CI/$25USD) and a la cart menu. Food is average – not horrible, but nothing special. Service is slow and inattentive – do not expect this staff to go above and beyond to take care of you, let alone refill your coffee or water on a regular basis. We ate here our first two mornings at the Westin, and after the second morning of apathetic service, we set out in search of other nearby breakfast establishments. If you can live without the view, do yourself a favor and cross the street to Eats Café (breakfast/lunch) or the Sunshine Grill (lunch) for better food, better service, and less money.

“Private dinner on the beach”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

We had a private dinner on the beach with great food, excellent wine and fantastic service. The chef personally visited us to verify a food allergy and ensure that we were pleased with the entree choices. We had a three course seafood dish that was perfectly prepared and served one at a time, allowing us to savor each selection. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Service was terrific.
