Our group didn't try many things on the menu, just ribs, and it was a great choice. These ribs had a smoked and slow cooked flavor that rivals the best. The atmosphere is casual, service good, and they have a nice outdoor bar. When they noticed we were interested in watching the Olympics on one TV they switched closer TVs to it without us even asking. I also felt is was a good value (taking into consideration Cayman prices).

Looking for a little taste of Texas we happened upon this one, Fried Pickles were very good along with all of our dinner choices, out door seating was nice and they had the Olympics playing on the outdoor TV's made for a very relaxing evening.

We were kind of tired when we stopped here and just wanted a comfortable place to eat that wasn't going to be pretentious and pricey. Cost was still more than you would pay in the states for the same meal, but that is to be expected. Our fried pickles were good, but the burger seemed to have bits of bone in the ground beef and the brisket was pretty dry. We were too tired to care much and were just happy for something predictable. The service was good though, and we did like the outdoor seating. The indoor seating didn't look very inviting.

They have a great atmosphere and their lunch specials are terrific for the price. They have really made great strides with food quality and service in the last couple of years.

Waitress was less than friendly & the chicken quesadilla was not good. We were the only ones there at 1230 in the afternoon. I could see a bar scene going over better than the food thing.
