“Burgers and beer night every wednesday”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

Best burger on the island with a 1/2 pound paddy, choice of bread and fixings and an outstanding list of beers to accompany it. Try the sweet potato fries!

“Fine dining on a Monday night”
Reviewed May 14, 2013

Perhaps the Brasserie doesn't _need_ another 5-star review, but it certainly deserves one.

My husband and I dined there on Monday night and chose from their "Monday's secret pleasure" menu and were indeed pleased. The meal hit the mark -- the food, the service, the ambiance were all spot on. The Monday menu gave us a choice of starters (parsnip cream soup or local pumpkin ravioli), two mains (mahi mahi on a bed of baby greens and roast vegetables or local chicken with polenta), and wine (a Spanish white or an Italian red); and a dessert, carrot cake. Price CI$89 for two. Each course was beautifully executed and presented. We enjoyed the well-chosen Spanish white wine and can only assume that the red would be equally good.

Excellent service allowed us to enjoy the food -- the wait-staff found just the right balance of efficient, formal, and friendly.

Definitely worth visiting the Brasserie. Food was excellent and service was outstanding. Wine list is also very impressive. Our meal was perfect from start to finish.

“The Best overall Restaurant”
Reviewed May 10, 2013

I come to the Caymans for 2 weeks each year.. I always dine at The Brasserie. The food is outstanding. They own their own boat for fishing, they have their coffee flown in from MA. They have their own organic garden attached to the building. Friday nights is pizza night. Martinis are great. The mussels are now my favorite. They can prepare 3 ways, my favorite is dijon mussels...
Lexie waited on us both times and she was very friendly and a student of everything that went into making a restaurant work. The only negative is it is not on the water..... today is my last day here until next year..,,,but The Brasserie I will be back!!!!!!!
