Now mind you, before my little mishap with Full of Beans they were a great restaurant in my eyes with the slight flaw of time management.
Full of beans is a really cute and charming cafe, serving unique and tasting cuisine for all different taste buds and their salads are to die for!
However, when all the tables are filled, you would think that management would realize that 15 tables between 2 people isn't ideal. So much so that because things were so busy for the waitresses they forgot to put my order in. I waited a whole hour and when it finally clicked to them that I hadn't been served yet, they put my food in a to go box, as asked, and were willing to take 1 dollar off of my meal...... ONE DOLLAR. After a bit of a stare-down and exchange of words they were able to take off a whole 3 dollars off of the meal. They're recovery and lack of empathy that I just wasted my lunch hour watching them serve everyone else but me was disgusting. I mean how could you serve such terrible service and then have no recovery?!
Few weeks had passed and I thought ok let me give them a second chance. I went in and they made it very clear that they remembered me, I got service without a smile and a side of attitude, again they took forever to make a wrap, not something complicated that would require time, but a wrap, and after she placed my food on the table it was the last i saw of the waitress. She checked every other table but mine to top up the water glasses, didn't come back to check if the meal was ok and didn't even offer us the bill! I had to get up, go the cashier and sort my bill out there. Both times I was accompanied with a friend so now, they too are passing on they're terrible experiences at Full of Beans. Well done ladies, well done!
