Once a month my wife and I like to head over to Full of Beans for lunch, where I have settled on the Best BLT in Grand Cayman and my better half seems to go for the Brie & Cranberry Salad. They also offer a delicious selection of desserts and pastries - I tried their Small Key Lime Cheesecake just last week and it finished the meal perfectly.

It can get a bit busy during the late morning and noon times so having a late lunch may well be best.

If you work in the George Town area they also deliver to your office, and if you're fortunately enough to work within walking distance then visiting them through the week will prove to be nice and quiet experience.

Didn't hear about this place til my last few days even though I was working around the corner. They have an excellent quiche with salad (so hard to get a good salad in Cayman). I also had their fresh juice and although pricy it was delicious. They serve good coffee here but I had given up caffeine before this trip. They also do a local lunch on Wednesday and so I had some snapper with rice and beans which was also delicious.
I would highly recommend this place. Their restaurant is small but there is a lot of reading material and artwork so it is a very pleasant place to spend an hour over lunch. They do have outdoor seating as well but it is in a stripmall so you will be facing parked cars.

It's hidden in a strip mall but worth the search. Good food at reasonable prices. It's small but very pleasant inside. Seemed to be a locals crowd. We may have been the only tourists in the place during our lunch. Far enough away from the cruise ship dock to avoid the crowds. Nice choice.

Coming to the end of my trip to Grand Cayman, we needed a quick lunch in friend's lunch hour so he suggested Full of Beans Cafe. We were lucky enough to visit on curry day! The curry was amazing; fresh, flavoursome and satisfying. This was one of the best meals I had on the island, and I've loved the food throughout my trip. So it's a high recommendation from me.
