“Would avoid next time”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2010

Went for a late lunch...food was cold and not very tasty. It wasn't worth the trip or the money. Service was poor. Would avoid next time we are in Cayman...

This was a great find. Delicious food at a decent price. Interesting takes on European mainstays with a Carribean beat. Carribean bruschetta? Great! If they have the banana wrapped snapper, get it! Not a huge drink selection but come for the food.

“Pleasant surprise”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2010

We had been eating some heavy meals and decided to try something lighter and different, and picked Cimboco our of a magazine. It is in a strip center just off West Bay Rd. (Seven Mile Beach). Open kitchen, friendly staff, nice meu. We had a hand crafted pizza (very nice), jerk chicken pasta (crazy-good chicken), and a pork tenderloin special. All very good. The chef has a heavy hand with the salt, but other than that, nothing but good things to say. Go, enjoy.

“The only Place we visited more than once......................”

Arguably the best value on Seven Mile Beach. Great fare, excellent dining in a charming friendly atmosphere. The exhibition kitchen was great but the food was even better. The only restaurant we visited more than once. Don't miss out on this treat and save $$ as well.

“Didn't expect to enjoy it so much”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 1, 2010

We stopped on a rainy night and were pleasantly suprised at how much we all liked it. My daughter enjoyed watching the chefs prepare our food close up as they interacted with her. Wood-fire oven, fresh breads, great iced tea. We ate again for breakfast our last day on the island. WONDERFUL french toast. The little one had a breakfast pizza which looked great. My husband's omlet was huge with huge with fresh potatoes, and papaya jam with grilled toast. Would not hesitate to go again. Saw tons of people picking up wood-fired pizzas to go during dinner.
